Washing a cotton net bag
Cool water, a pillowcase, and a line to dry on.
Open-weave bags can snag in a washing machine. Put them inside a pillowcase or laundry bag, wash cool, and skip the spin if your machine allows it.
Hang to dry. Cotton shrinks a little in heat, and a tumble dryer can tangle the knots.
Spills from fruit come out easily with a little dish soap and cold water before washing.
