Privacy policy

• Contact and order details: name, email, phone, shipping address, what you ordered, and messages you send.
• For Petal Balance SMS: your mobile number and a record of your consent — time, IP address and the exact wording agreed to.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security.

• Fulfil, ship and support orders.
• Send emails or texts you asked for.
• Prevent fraud and keep required tax and legal records.

Your number is used only for the Petal Balance SMS messages you agreed to. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They go only to the provider that sends our texts, and only for that.

Service providers (payments, shipping, email and SMS delivery, hosting) receive only what they need. We disclose information when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information.

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Order records as long as tax rules require; SMS consent records while you're subscribed and for a period afterwards as proof; anything else deleted on request.

Ask to see, correct or delete your information; unsubscribe from email (link in each one) or texts (reply STOP). Residents of some states have more rights — contact us to use them.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
